Playable 3D orchestra of 43 musicians driven by one playback clock

Starting from a request for a piano melody, GPT-6 Astra built a 15-part 3D orchestra with a conductor and free camera controls.

Code alone gets you simple shapes. Wandy 2 turns one photo into a textured 3D model you can use in the same scene.

The author didn't share a prompt, so we wrote down how to recreate this build.

Build a playable 3D orchestra scene in the browser. Start from an original short piano melody and expand it into a 15-part arrangement performed by 43 musicians and a conductor. Place a grand piano with its pianist near the front, string, wind and brass sections in arc formation around it, and a conductor's podium, all on a round grey stage ringed by tall pale acoustic panels against a black background. Every musician is a simple posed figure with its instrument and animates in time with its part. One shared playback clock drives all parts so the music and the movement stay in sync. Add play and pause, and camera controls to orbit, zoom and pan around the stage. Keep a neutral grey, cream and orange palette with clear soft lighting. Deliver it as a single web page with synthesized audio. Done when all 15 parts play together and the camera can circle the ensemble.

How to use this prompt

  1. Paste the build brief into your coding tool with GPT-6 Astra; ask it to test playback itself if it can.

  2. Change the genre, ensemble size, instrument sections and the stage look.

  3. You get a synced 3D performance; iterate on the arrangement, musician animation and camera presets.
