Frequently asked questions

Getting started

Add a photo of an object — or a few photos from different sides, or a short description — and pick a mode. Wandy3D builds a textured 3D model, usually in a few minutes. You can open the studio and try examples without an account; sign in with Google to generate.

A clear, well-lit shot with the whole object in frame. JPG, PNG and WebP up to 10 MB work. The background is removed automatically; for tricky shapes, add a side or back view.

It depends on the mode (Fast, Quality or Best), the number of photos and HD textures. The exact price in credits is always on the Generate button before you start; the full list is on the pricing page.

A few minutes. You see live progress, the price is on the button before you start, and a failed run is refunded automatically.

Usually the photo is too dark or blurry, or the object is cut off; sometimes our servers are busy. The credits are refunded automatically. Try again with a clearer photo — if it keeps failing, send us a request with the model link.

Plans and billing

You can generate and view models in the browser for free. Downloading and exporting — GLB, FBX, OBJ, USDZ, STL and 3D-print files — comes with PRO or PRO+.

Yes. Turn off renewal in your profile or in the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Yes. If a web purchase isn't right for you, contact support within 14 days of the payment and we'll refund it. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google.

Plan credits refill every month — on yearly plans too — and unused ones don't roll over. Credits from bonuses, invites and in-app packs never expire.

Your models and data

Everything you make is saved in your Library, with every version — edits, new textures and remeshes. Your models stay private unless you publish them to the community.

Yes. Under our Terms of Service you may use the models you generate in personal and commercial work — games, apps, renders and prints — without attribution. Just make sure you have the rights to the photos you upload.

The photos you upload are stored with your model, so you can see the input next to the result. Deleting a model removes it from your library; deleting your account removes your account, library and publications. For anything else about your data, see the Privacy policy or write to us.

Account

On the web you sign in with your Google account — there’s no separate password to remember.

Yes, in your profile settings, once every 30 days. Usernames are unique: 3–20 lowercase letters, numbers or underscores.

Open Delete account and follow the steps. A web subscription stops renewing when the account is deleted; one bought in the mobile app is cancelled in its app store. Deletion removes your account, library and publications and can’t be undone.

Send us a request with the topic “Bug report”. Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened — a model link or ID and your browser help a lot.

Community

Open a model in your library and choose Publish. Give it a name (and a description if you like) — it then appears in the community.

Open the model in the community and use Report. We review every report.

Yes — you can add any community model to your library for free. Downloading files is part of the PRO and PRO+ plans.
