Build an interactive 3D diorama of a tropical dinosaur island as one self-contained HTML file using Three.js and WebGL. Let the user orbit the island and drop the camera underwater to watch the lagoon. Include gentle looping ambient music with a mute option. Animate creatures, water, foliage and weather smoothly. Done means everything runs offline in the browser with no external assets and the sky and lighting shift convincingly between day and night.
