Build an interactive 3D ocean sandbox that runs in the browser. Show a first-person view from sea level looking over rolling waves under a heavy grey storm sky, with teal water, foam, falling rain and occasional lightning strikes. Add a side control panel with sliders for swell height, wind, rainfall, lightning frequency and a storm intensity, plus a button to trigger a strike and quality presets for low, medium and high. Offer a second view that shows the sea as a cutaway block inside a glass tank so the wave shape can be seen from outside. Let the user drag to look around and scroll to change the camera. Keep the interface clean and light with small labels and readouts. Deliver one self-contained HTML file using Three.js and custom water shaders. Done means changing any slider visibly alters the waves and weather in real time without dropping the frame rate.
