For game developers

3D game assets from a sketch or photo

Turn concept art, a photo or a sentence into a textured 3D prop or character in a few minutes. Rig and animate it, fit it to your polygon budget and download a pack your engine imports with LODs and collision.

Made for prototypes, jams, placeholders and props — a fast start, not a replacement for your artist.

Start free with 250 credits · FBX and GLB downloads with PRO ($4.99 for the first month) or $1.99 for one model

Make

Make the model

Drop a photo or concept art, draw a sketch or describe the object in words. Wandy 2, the default version, builds a textured model with PBR materials in a few minutes.

Prepare

Make it game-ready

Every tool works in the browser on the models you make here and is paid in credits — the price is on the button before you start.

  • Auto-rig and animate

Humanoid characters get a standard skeleton and 34 ready animations; creatures and props get a skeleton and skin weights of their own.

Describe a move — “sneak forward”, “a victory dance” — and a humanoid rig gets it as a new 2–10 second clip.

  • Low Poly and quad remesh

Low Poly makes a clean, closed triangle mesh at the count you pick — 300–300,000 triangles — with the textures baked on. Quad remesh gives an all-quad mesh of 500–100,000 faces with the PBR maps baked again.

  • Split into parts

Turn one mesh into separate pieces — a head, arms and legs, or a lid and a handle — to move, hide or animate on their own. Nothing to split? The credits come back.

LOD0–LOD3, convex collision (one hull or up to 24), the real-world size and the right units for your engine. One build gives you every engine and unit variant; switching later costs nothing.

Generate assets from code

Batch props from a build script or let a coding agent call the Wandy3D API: a picture or a prompt in, a textured GLB out — paid from a prepaid balance, no subscription.

More answers in Support

Yes. Models you make on a paid plan, unlock one by one or make with the API balance are yours: use them in your game, commercially too, without attribution, and keep them after the plan ends. Models made on the free plan are for personal, non-commercial use; start a plan later and the models in your library become yours. The details are in the Terms.

Not yet. Rigging, parts, Low Poly, quad remesh and the game-ready pack work on the models in your Wandy3D library — the ones you make from a photo, a drawing or a sentence. Uploading your own FBX, GLB or OBJ isn't available.

A generated model is a dense triangle mesh with PBR textures. Low Poly turns it into a closed triangle mesh at the count you pick (300–300,000 triangles); quad remesh gives an all-quad mesh (500–100,000 faces) with the maps baked again. The game-ready pack adds LOD1–LOD3 on top.

Unity 2019.4 or newer (Built-in, URP and HDRP): an FBX that imports as a LOD Group, with an editor script that turns the UCX hulls into convex Mesh Colliders. Unreal Engine 4.27 and 5: an FBX in centimetres with UCX collision. Godot 4: a GLB with convex collision shapes. One build gives you every engine and unit variant.

You start with 250 free credits. A model costs 150 credits on Wandy 2, 100 on Wandy 1.1 and 25 on Wandy 1. Rigging (30), a motion (15) and parts (30) are paid in credits and work right in the browser. Files — the model itself, Low Poly or quad remesh (30) and the game-ready pack (20) — need PRO ($4.99 for the first month as a welcome offer for new accounts, then $9.99 a month with 2,500 credits) or a one-model unlock for $1.99. See Pricing.

Usually a few minutes on Wandy 2, the default version; Wandy 1 is the quickest for blocking out a level. Rigging and splitting into parts usually take 1–3 minutes.
