Acceptable Use Policy.

Don't create, upload, publish or send:

• Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises minors. We have zero tolerance, close the account and report it to the authorities.
• Sexually explicit content, pornography or nudity. Classical works of art may be allowed at our discretion.
• Graphic violence or gore, or content that promotes violence, terrorism or violent extremism.
• Hate speech, or content that attacks or demeans people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or any other protected characteristic.
• Harassment, bullying or threats.
• Content that promotes self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
• Content that promotes illegal goods or services, or illegal activity.
• Malware, phishing, scams or anything designed to harm devices or steal information.

• Don't make a model of an identifiable real person without their permission. For a minor, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
• Don't create sexual, intimate, humiliating or deceptive depictions of real people, including deepfakes.
• Don't put other people's personal information in Inputs, names, descriptions or messages. That includes ID documents, addresses, phone numbers and photos of strangers. Don't publish anyone's private information (doxxing).
• Don't impersonate other people, brands or Wandy3D staff.

• Don't make functional firearms or their parts and accessories (such as frames, receivers, barrels, magazines, suppressors and conversion devices), or other weapons designed to injure people.
• Don't make explosives or other dangerous devices, or instructions for making them.
• Clearly non-functional props, toys, replicas and models for games, films and display are allowed, as long as they comply with your local law.

• Don't upload Inputs you don't have the rights to use.
• Don't write prompts designed to reproduce copyrighted characters, artworks, designs, logos or brands without permission.
• Don't publish, sell or distribute models that infringe someone's copyright, trademark, design or publicity rights.
• Don't remove copyright notices, licence information or AI labels where the law requires them.
• Rights holders can send us a complaint as described in the Terms of Service.

• Don't create fake or multiple accounts to get free credits, rewards or invitation bonuses. Don't invite yourself, or buy, sell or trade accounts.
• Don't manipulate likes, views, saves, remixes, rankings or rewards, whether with bots, coordinated activity or paid engagement.
• Don't send spam, unsolicited ads or chain messages.
• Don't use Outputs to deceive people in harmful ways, for example as fake evidence or fraudulent product listings.

• Don't hack, probe or get around security, rate limits, paywalls, credits, watermarks or moderation.
• Don't scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Services or the Community, or create accounts by automated means. Our API, used under its terms, is the only automated access we allow.
• Don't reverse engineer our software or AI models, except where the law allows it.
• Don't use the Services or Outputs to build datasets for, train or improve AI models or services that compete with Wandy3D.
• Don't resell or share access, accounts or API keys, or offer our generation as your own service.
• Don't overload the Services or upload malicious files.

• Be respectful in messages, names, descriptions and profiles.
• Don't send unwanted contact, or unwanted sexual or violent content. If someone asks you to stop, stop.
• Names and descriptions must not contain slurs, personal information or links to scams.

To report a model, profile or message, use the Report button or write to support@wornox.com with the subject "Report". Please include a link to the content and tell us what is wrong. You may report child sexual abuse material without giving your name.

Depending on how serious and how frequent a violation is, we may:

• remove or limit content;
• warn you;
• restrict features;
• withhold or reverse rewards;
• suspend or close your account.
